This program only applies to non licensed trainees. It will be given only after the new recruit has completed the training requirements specified on this form. All sales must be issued and delivered and the new recruit must be licensed and appointed. If the new recruit is already licensed at the time of joining PFA or before the training starts, then the training sales commission will be split between the CFT and the new recruit on a 50-50 basis and NO training reimbursement will apply in this case. In the event training sales charge back, the new recruit must make up any such sales. In the event where the CFT splits the training sales commission with the direct upline licensed & appointed associate other than the new recruit, then all parties who share the commission will be responsible for the training reimbursement. Promotion will occur AFTER all required sales are issued, paid and delivered.
